Victorian Three Arm Bone Manicure Tool

Pretty, and handy, and small enough to fit in the smallest pocket. Carved of cow bone, late 19th c. I believe. Including what is surely a cuticle pusher but also a bit like a tiny spoon of the sort to be used for snorting! And with plenty of use left in it.

Closed: 2 9/16" x 1/2" x 1/4". Good condition, no cracks or issues, just a bit of aging/rusting to the surface of the file.
