Beautiful Old Brass Paperweight with Concentric Circles and Bulb Handle

A perfect paperweight. Solid brass, great form, great patina, great object, very useful. Feels more early than mid 20th century to me. No maker's mark and I can't find another out there like it.

2 1/2" d x 1 3/16" t and in very nice old vintage/antique condition.
