Porcelain Cat Face Votive / Lantern with Glowing Green Marble Eyes

I couldn’t wait until Halloween to post this cat face candle holder/lantern because I love it so much!  Plus, I think it completely transcends seasonality. The translucent green marble eyes, already pretty intense, glow even more with a lit candle inside. And the face is pretty great too. It’s unmarked and I’ve searched but have not found another like it; my guess would be 1940s-50s, maybe made in Japan? Especially great in the windowsill—or maybe pop an electric candle inside and use as a bedside night light!

Very good vintage condition; no chips or cracks that I can see and just a few light stains and scratches here and there, no real matter. 4"deep x 3 1/4 wide  x 3" tall.
