GO! 19th C. Stoneware Beer Bottle with Perfect Impressed Monogram

I very much admire American stoneware experts, but am very much not one of them, and though there are crocks and jugs I find extraordinarily beautiful, it is really not my terrain. But of course I would fall for a c. mid 19th c. stoneware bottle impressed with the monogram GO--as in Go! Seems as if ideally suited for a drinking game. Or for delivering a motivational morning tonic. Or just having around as encouragement. A nice heavy bottle too, with lots of character, including a nice gash-like wound (original to it) on the back side, with satisfying bruise-like darkening around it. Very GO-OD!

9 3/4" t x 3 15/16" in diameter and heavy/thick. Very good antique condition, no chips, cracks or other issues.
