So lovely. I've had lots of individual seaweed/moss specimens, and a couple of albums of them too, but I've never had, or seen, a very large sheet of them like this, which to my eye has a wonderful sort of wildness and extra visceral feeling to it--like the salty sea itself. With tiny cut strips tethering the samples to the page, making it feel especially akin to a page from a large herbarium. A great one to frame simply, exactly as is, striking from a distance and also very intimate.
18" t x 11 1/8" w. A few losses here and there, which feels right.
