One of a two final drawings today by a young J.H Adair of Spring Grove, PA, c. 1905, which I purchased together; just my sort of drawings. I'll always say yes to an exuberant drawing of a bunch of flowers, and I particularly love that the cheerfully striped pot here was used to... draw yet more flowers! Feels heartening to encounter them still blooming 120 years later.
8 3/4" x 5 7/8". I mended a few tears and attempted to ward off any others with some transparent archival tape on reverse.
