Total delight to find this one and to realize its transformative powers, converting from a high chair to a desk and chair on wheels! I fell in love with it just seeing it standing as a very tall high chair with great form, like a line drawing in three dimensions, and evincing a life guard's towering perch. And then, as if poised to graduate from a doll's early needs to his or her school years, it folds and flips over into chair and desk, ready to roll along to the school house. Not sure the maker -- there are others out there exemplifying the same concept, but can find no match of this one, and its the best design I've seen) C. early 20th c. I believe, perhaps German. In original baby blue and cream paint. Super.
13 1/2 x 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 as high chair; 9 3/9 l x 5 3/8 x 7 5/8 t as desk. Found missing one finial topper to the back of the chair, so I removed the other and don't miss them. Loss and some chipping to the paint when handling and just a bit of loss to one wheel, as documented.
