Beautiful As Found, Antique Doll Quilt with Red Yarn Ties

I find this old handmade doll quilt, dotted all over with knots of red yarn evincing a field of stars, very beautiful--and it immediately it made me think of Yayoi Kusama, too! I really love old things, especially much aged and tactile ones, that also feel like contemporary artworks, and this feels very much that way to me, while also quite poignant for its numerous lost knots and much toned and stained cloth. I would treat it as a drawing and hang it on the wall, framed or not.

6 7/8" x 12 1/4" Some lost yarn knots as evident, toning/staining/aging to the cloth, and a few small holes, all to the good in my opinion. Not fragile, stable and sound.
