Beautiful Old Set of Graduated Biscuit Cutters in Shaped Lidded Tin

Something about a nesting set of incrementally sized things fitting neatly together gets me every time--so formally satisfying, and maximally efficient! And even better that they should close up inside such an excellent looking faceted soldered tin box as this one. This set makes me think as much of geometric solids as it does of biscuit making, and when un-nested and spread out, these metallic diamond shaped cutters feel as much like a minimalist sculpture as functional things. A very excellent looking kit of tools!

Box measures 3 7/16" x 2 1/4" x 3 1/4"; largest cutter is 2 15/16" across. All in very good condition.
