Perhaps some people live in a way where pocket change is anachronistic, but I still find myself scrounging around the bottom of my very large bag digging for coins, thinking to myself every time that one of these days I will get organized. How civilized then this change tray feels, and also how very beautiful. Skillfully, elegantly constructed (with the most perfect subtle tapering to the ends of the inset dividers), walnut I believe, and bearing the patina of very many coins and very many fast moving fingers.
