Stone House with Red Door, Excellent Old Drawing on Sunshine Biscuit Cardboard

This old drawing, graphite and crayon on cardboard from a Sunshine Biscuit box, makes me completely happy. All that energy investing in drawing every stone, and every red brick too, filling most every inch of the surface, with just a little room left for some green grass to make it feel extra welcoming. WIth an especially excellent red door and front steps, and what look like simple green wreaths hanging in the paned windows. A total charmer. 

 10 x 6 3/8" and in good condition, with a little minor loss to the surface of the cardboard at top left corner. C. 1910s-20s I believe.
