Vintage Blendwel Hexagon Crayons in Original Tin, c. 1940s-50s

I find it impossible to resist beautiful old sets of crayons, perhaps especially this time of year, when they remind one of the joys of a fresh, back-to-school box. And these are about as good as it gets I think, barely used, hexagonal for an extra good grip, with terrific checkerboard paper labels, and in their sharp-looking original tin. And they produce really excellent, rich color.

Box measures 5 3/4" x 4 1/2" x 5/8". A little scratching to the surface of the lid; overall great condition. Made by the American Crayon Co. Sandusky Ohio.
