She's got a great face and I love her hat with striped band, but for me this little cabinet card is really all about that scissor-cut heart around her! c. 1880s-90s I believe, albumen photo.
3 1/8 x 3 /16 as mounted, good condition, with general light wear to the photo, and scattered stains/toning to the card.
