(Forgive my poor photos of these; they are much better in person.) I ordered this deck from a card seller in England based just on a photo that included the nudists, and after waiting patiently several weeks for them I am not disappointed! I think the graphics on these all the way through are pretty fantastic, and the theme is pretty excellent too! It’s quite a rare deck, published by W F Jackson & Sons of Salford Manchester in the late 30s/early 40s, here complete with 58 cards (plus 2 blanks) and original instruction booklet too. The name of the game is trying to collect a complete outfit while also having a nudist in hand. When the Inspector card turns up, everyone’s hands are inspected and counted, with the nudist counting for the most! “Remnant” is a wild card that can be used as any garment except as a nudist. Great backs on the cards, too. So fun and so good.
Cards measure 3 1/2” x 2 1/4”. Box 2 3/8” x 3 9/16” x 7/8”. Complete deck of 58 cards plus two blanks and instruction booklet. General wear to the sleeve but holding together fine and cards are in very good shape.
