Satisfying Brass/Bronze Nugget Form Paper Weight

I really don't know a thing about how this came to be, but I find it quite a satisfying thing, and it makes a very nice sculptural paperweight. Great feel in the hand, too. Based on the color, I believe it is likely bronze rather than brass, but am not 100% certain. I would guess artist made, but there is no mark I can see. 

2 1/16" w x 1 1/8" d x 13/16" t and weighs about 5 ounces.
