I found this at Brimfield and know it came out of an artists' estate, but I am not sure the name of the artist. Such a wonderfully expressive face, I'd be inclined to give a name to this guy and talk to him like friend (or therapist!) C. 1960s-70s I believe, painted papier mache, strung for hanging.
13" x 8 5/8" and in good condition, with a couple of small dings as documented.
