Excellent slightly gloopy paint on this old wooden parrot, which seems to once have perched on a metal rod but now--even better I think--balances nicely on the lip/edge of a table or shelf—or could certainly be hung. Great color and surface, and a drippy eye on one side, which makes that side my favorite!
The wings actually do/could move, but they’re unpainted underneath and I think really best left alone. In good structural shape and quite substantial, with some paint loss here and there and various dings, scuffs and scrapes.
19 1/2" measured beak to tail, 5" wide, 1 7/8" d.
