Soulful Looking Man in Uniform (Train Conductor?), Old Photo Pocket Mirror

I like this guy's face and the slant of the brim of his hat, looking to me more naturally inclined toward writing poems than wearing a uniform, but performing his duties with grace nonetheless. I'm not sure from his outfit whether a conductor or captain or postmaster or ?, but my gut tells me a train man--which would make the four perfectly horizontal stripes of erosion to the mirror on reverse seem just right--like train tracks themselves!

 2 3/16" d. Good condition, no loss to photo side coating; stripes on the mirror side, which I really like.
