I just couldn't resist the old paint on this one--so pretty, with that most amazing deep cornflower sort of a blue, and feeling very much like an easter egg, with a handle to boot. As is not too often the case in my experience, the handle here does actually screw off and the egg will then stand on its own. I'd be inclined to stick it in a vase like a flower or maybe lay it in a nest!
About 6 inches long or so, I forget to take exact dimensions but the size of a typical darner! wonderful patina, lovely thing.
