I want you to love your finds as much as I do!
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason, just let me know. I will be happy to accept returns if notified within two weeks of receipt. I'll greatly appreciate any feedback you have to share, and will then just need you to send it back in the original packing for a full refund.
In addition, because many items are fragile, of course there is always a chance they will not arrive to you safely. I take great pains to pack items very carefully, but should damage in transit occur, let me know as soon as you can. I may ask for your assistance in documenting the damage for insurance purposes (so please take a few photos showing the object, box and packing materials just as you've unpacked it) and I will, of course, issue you a full refund.
Because USPS and UPS insurance do not cover theft post delivery, I cannot be responsible for items shown on tracking to have been delivered to your doorstep or post box. Should this occur, the best recourse is to contact your local police as well as your credit card company (some provide theft insurance)--as well as to check with your delivery person and near neighbors in case of mis-delivery.
And please feel free to email me anytime with questions about any item, or to request more photos or information prior to purchase. If you are purchasing multiple items and I can ship them for less that what you pay at checkout, I will refund you the difference. And if you are an international customer, please be in touch via email; I'll work with you to get shipping costs the very lowest that I can!
