Found in Maine, not far from Week's Mill, where they were stamped by an H.E. Malcolm some 100+ years ago. Like similar fish monger cards I have had, these would have been provided by the distributor--in this case A & O. W, Mead & Co, Boston--for use by the supplier, to accompany a delivery of eggs. I love the graphics, especially that big screen printed scarlet M, and what is more essential--or, sadly at the present, contested--than eggs?
5 7/16 x 3 7/8 ea. Very good condition. Two available, sold individually (price is for one.)
