Moody Sixteenth Plate Tintype of Moody Young Boy

Found in the same great old school antique shop as the slate I just listed, perhaps that slate belonged to this boy at some point--who looks to me like a deep thinker! I just love his face, and his moody intensity, looking as though he feels the weight of the world. And with a nice moodiness-softness-shadowiness to the tintype itself, almost as if he were a just an apparition.
