I know this little pull toy came out of an estate in Rhode Island along with some other old handmade toys, but don't know more than that. There's a bit of Wilson Walkie/ Ramp Walker to those cloddish feet, but he's definitely his own thing, with hand-painted big-smiling face and funny little twig-like arms, who stands on his yellow cart atop a long, sharp nail, which allows his to spin around. (Pulling the cart doesn't really make him spin but you can give him a twirl!) Happy perched most anywhere.
4 1/2" t x 4" l x 1 1/4" w and in good, pretty sturdy condition.
