Super cute, and quite special feeling, too--I've bought and sold a lot of dominoes, and a lot of domino cards, too, but I've never seen another set of these: a double nines set of celluloid "Dainty Dominoes", c. 1940s or so, in original blue cloth four pocket folding pouch. All those black dots against the glossy white of the celluloid (thin but hard and very durable) really does it for me; such a happy surprise to open the pouch to find them there, neatly tucked into their pockets. Three missing from the 50 that would make a complete set (so 47 present); but unless one is really a dominoes shark (as in counting tiles), one can certainly still play with them. Or add them to the dominoes or games collection as a rare and excellent looking set. With tiny numbers in the corners too, translating the dots into numbers.
Cloth pouch 3 11/16" x 1 3/4 closed. Dominoes 1 3/8" x 5/8". All in good condition with general wear--light stains/scratches here and there, minor. Three missing, as shown in photo laying them all out in order--with gaps showing missing pieces.
