This mannequin would once have had a stand, with wire fitting between his legs and running to a simple base, but I rather like him liberated from it, making him a sitter, or a gymnast! He'll sit up on his own in various poses, and can also stand balanced in a split or backbend, etc. Stamped Delta Japan on one foot, c. 1920-1940 I believe.
15 1/2 tall ; 3 3/4 wide shoulders and in good condition, all joints operating well. Dry wood surface, showing age and some spotting.
