A very sweet little old cup or goblet, carved of one piece of wood--a whimsy of sorts, and of course with those diamond and shield shaped cutouts all around, not one one could drink out of! Nice form, including the tiered pedestal base. With a nice warm dry wood patina, late 19th c. or so, I would guess.
3 3/8" t x 1 5/8" in diameter and in excellent condition.
