Not an especially rare one, a c. 1920s Penn tobacco tin, but I really love the graphics on the lid, and the punning use of a pen nib as means of (calligraphically) spelling quality. Making it a good tin for holding a stash of pens or pencils, I'd say.
6 1/2" x 6 3/8" x 2 3/8". General wear and light rusting all over, just right to me.
