Lecturer's Squares, Binney & Smith Chalk Sticks

One of a few boxes of vintage art/school supplies purchased from one dealer at Brimfield--great treasures to me, delivering pure joy. I love the idea of sticks of chalk termed "Lecturer's Squares"--making them feel as if they have very important information to impart!--and then of course this great blast of found color. In their original box, with excellent red and white Binney & Smith Co. paper label. Never used, the chalks are set atop sawdust, used to keep them cushioned and dry. 

Box measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/8" x 7/8". Chalks unused. Some spotting to the label as evident, otherwise excellent condition.
