French Cat on Rug Antique Ink Drawn Postcard

Such a terrific big-bellied cat with really wonderful face, looking as snug and content as can be. The little street sign to behind it to the right reads Bar Le Duc, situating this kitty in the capital of Meuse in Northestern France, confirmed by the postmarks on the reverse side. To the right, meilleures amitiés--best friends--which one would guess refers to the relationships between sender and both cat and recipient. Very sweet.
