Vintage Brown Glazed Clay Head (MLK)

I purchased this one from the estate of a wonderful artist/collector/dealer/activist near me, along with a second head also listed today--I've held on to them for a bit, but thought this a good week to list them, especially as this one strikes me as looking very much like Martin Luther King Jr. (aptly looking quite alarmed) and the other very much like Sherrod Brown!  Fourth quarter 20th c or so, amateur made, wonderfully expressive, very good company.  

5 1/2" t x 4 1/4" w x 5 3/8" d. A few chips around the base and to the (excellent) hair, as documented.
