Antique Handmade Score Keeping Double Dial

I'll never pass on an old handmade score keeper if I can help it, and this iI think is a very lovely one, with precisely carved points around the perimeter of each dial making it look like a sun, or a compass, and interior "V"'s pointing to 25 point increments. And then all of those numbers carefully carved and inked in. With the dials turning perfectly and holding in place, one could make up all sorts of games to play with this. Signed proudly on the back by an Ia {?} G Leach. Late 19th c. or so, I believe.
