I'll never pass by an antique mirror in a frame like this one if I can help it, this one found in Pennsylvania. Nothing truly square about it, with a wonderful old crusty surface, and wear and paint loss at the corners from where it was held by many hands. With plenty of loss to the silver of the mirror, with the wood backing showing through here and there. Special feeling.
8 1/2" x 5 3/4". Erosion to the mirror as evident, all to the good I think. The frame is very sturdy and sound and heavy for its size, with a perfect patina.
