A very tender and poetic feeling antique tin dipper, which I believe would have been used for scooping water, and likely as a drinking cup too, and may have been used as a ladle of sorts for most everything else as well. I find the irregular handmade form of it very lovely, with folded over tin around the lip and at the edges of handle, and then best of all that arch of wire at the end of the handle for hanging.
9 7/8" l. Bowl is 2 7/8" in diameter x 2 1/16" t. Much used and rusted through in a few spots around the bottom edge, but stable and all the better for it I think.
