I loved finding this one in a stack of very old papers--a 1845 list of "Fruits" publishing by thee New York Grafting Association--with all of those fruits being apples, I believe. I'm often looking at old brass stencils used for painting apple crates and barrels, which sometimes bear the names of varieties with which I am unfamiliar--but what a much more comprehensive and unfamiliar list this is, with as many varieties I've never heard of as those I have. A perfect gift for the heirloom farmer or apple lover I'd say, rare and special.
11 3/8" x 8 1/4". Paper is thin and fairly fragile, with some small tears and old fold lines, but lies flat and just needs to be handled with care.
